Force-multiplication is HERE!

"Force multiplication" is a military term for finding a way to leverage or increase the effective amount of battlefield oomph for the same use of resources. It also seems to apply with the Web, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, et al. LINK this all up, via the automatic tools that are available for it! It does work, as I found yesterday.
The "Perfect example" of military "Force Multiplication is this: a 50-caliber machine gun (especially if mounted well!) and unlimited ammo belts can "do" the work of at least 25 separate rifle-soldiers. Two people (gunner and ammo-feeder) match at least 25 individual riflemen. Easy enough to visualize, right?
So ... I have my personal Facebook, my "business" Facebook entity for "rNeil Photographer", and of course, we have a "MyPhotoMentor" page for Facebook. As I noted yesterday, I was in the process of creating a Twitter entity too ... well, with the "connection" tools that come with Facebook and Twitter, now ... ANYTHING I post on the "rNeil" page goes directly to my Twitter AND my "personal" Facebook; anything I post here I can click once to "Tweet" it and IT gets posted to the MyPhotoMentor Tweet-entity; and anything I "tweet" gets posted to the "rNeil" Facebook AND goes from there to my personal Facebook page.
In other words, write once, it gets posted at least two if not three places immediately. Today, I'll be setting up my blogs to tie into all this. I'll have fewer places to write and yet get immediate "release" in multiple formats.
Gotta use this Brave New World!
