Speed, speed, SPEED!

I find it somewhat amusing that I spend so much of my working time studying how to work faster using more tools ... Twitter, facebook, Lightroom, Bridge, Photoshop, Word, Outlook, and more.
I am getting better and I am getting faster at doing things. Especially typing!
Yet in all the hustle, I still keep in mind that I am learning to grow ... sort of like the Star Child at the end of "2001, A Space Odyssey". That is really the key to all the hecticity of life around me: learning to grow.
Isn't that what we all need to keep in mind, to keep the hecticity from taking over for it's own sake? That's why we try and balance around here the learning in both personal and skill areas.
