A day with Cindy ...

So, Cherie Miriam and myself drove an hour up I-5 to visit Cindy Kassab, our Landscape mentor. It was a fantastic time, Cindy is such a sweet person besides being a killer landscape photographer ... and we all had too much fun "talking shop" so we'll be doing it again soon.
This is a shot of Cindy showing Miriam and Cherie how she worked one of her coast shots, using Photoshop CS3:
While it was a fantastic time over-all, while "the ladies" were talking Photoshop at one point, I got ... antsy. Looking at all of her beautiful images up and on the computer, and knowing she had a yard full of Cosmos flowers I took my trusty D3 and went outside ... nothing fancy, but this is one of the blooms I found:
