Make 'em Laugh!

How do you get a relaxed, fun pose with a small group? Make 'em laugh!
I'm serious. I'll ask a group to put their arms around one another, then lean forward and laugh at me. One-two-three - laugh! They feel ridiculous forcing the laughs, and after the forced laugh, they will turn to one another and really laugh. And THAT'S the image you capture.
