Photoshop Tip-Make a Duplicate Layer

Playing around with textures and effects in Photoshop?
First make a duplicate layer. That way you have an untouched version of your image underneath the modified version and you can lower the opacity of the top layer to reduce the amount of the effect. You can also apply a layer mask and erase the effect on certain areas of the image.
