This monopod is so light-weight!  At less than one pound, it can go EVERYWHERE.  But don't be fooled by its light weight.  It is plenty sturdy enough to hold a DSLR like my Fujifilm S5.  I added the swivel-tilt head to it to increase its versatility.  At less than $60, it is a must-have for every photography buff.  I trekked around Scotland for two-and-a-half weeks, and this monopod went everywhere with me.
